below shows the standard combinations between the nominal
diameter (d0), the nominal lead (Ph)
and maximum No. of circuits/turns (t) using internal
return part model. All values are in metric system and
applied for right hand or left hand thread direction.
The values in inch are also available at request.

Note:
- The extra values for nominal lead are available at request e.g.: 3, 6, 8, 12, 24
... a.s.o.
- The extra values for nominal diameter are available at request e.g.: 15, 18, 24
... a.s.o.
- The maximum length is to be understood
as value that the accuracy is possible to be performed.
Note: - The Offset Preload is well known as "opposite row contact";
- The Oversize ball preload is well known as "four points contact";
- The method "zero backlash" and "axial play" is also available at request.
|
| The WPC
standard ball's re-circulation system used in normal applications
is the deflector part type. We can also supply at request

Seals:
|
| The WPC ball nuts are equipped with PTFE (Teflon) wipers, which provide high resistance and protection against contamination. For other application (as repair) felt wipers are also available at request only. |

Note: - A perfect sealing is difficult to be performed even using PTFE wipers.
- The wipers are fixed with one, two or three hexagon socket head sharp
screws.
- Contamination protection to avoid premature wear is recommended. |
