The Wisconsin Multiple Spindle Adjustable Drill Head is unique in the field of metal removal. The flexibility of this adjustable drill head permits remarkably easy setup and changeover for drilling, tapping or reaming and endless variety of bolt circles, square hole patterns, rectangular hole patterns or any special hole patterns.
To make a drill head adjustable the spindles must be moved to a new location and locked in place. Wisconsin Machine Tool uses the Original double eccentric method for accomplishing spindle variations. This method allows the position of the spindle to be changed without having to move the head or the part fixturing.
A set of two templates is furnished for each hole pattern to be used on your adjustable drill head. This assures speed and accuracy in setting up and freedom from shifting spindles once the setup is locked. |
